Politique de remboursement

Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final* and once a package has been received by the client, no refund is possible.

If the hair extensions have been opened, used or altered in any way, they can no longer be returned. However, we may accept unopened, unaltered hair extensions when they are sent back within 5 days of receipt by the client, and a store credit may be applied in the place of a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at saybellahair@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 20% or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Return & Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all returns, we require a traceable postal carrier, as Bella Hair will not be held responsible for any shipments lost in transit or delivered inaccurately. If a client's address has been entered inaccurately and the package is delivered to the wrong address as a result, Bella Hair will not be responsible for the loss of said package. If you notice your address is wrong, please email info@bellahair.ca within 24-48 hours of order placement, so the address can be updated before the order is shipped.


International Customers: Please indicate "RETURN ONLY, NO DUTIES" on the package, in order to avoid the risk of the package being returned to you. Bella Hair will also not be responsible for any additional charges that may arise from an international customs office upon package arrival in a designated country.


*BellaSafe: This is the only instance upon which hair may be returned. To avoid liability, the hair cannot be cut, colored or visibly altered in any way. Bella Hair reserves the right to assess the situations and determine the ones for which a deductible may apply. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to Bella Hair, while we cover the return cost of the product back to the client. BellaSafe can only be used once per purchase.
