Q: If I place my order today, when will I receive my hair extensions?
A: We typically begin processing orders within a day of order placement, and arrival time will vary based on location but typically lands within 7-10 business days. This excludes orders placed during major promotions, where order volumes might affect shipping.
Q: I ordered online, but I want to cancel. How can I do that?
A: If an order is yet to ship, it can be cancelled fairly easily. Just email us at email@example.com. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations or refunds once an order has been shipped.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We will endeavour to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all bundles that have not been worn, tampered with or suffered damage. For full details, please read about our Return & Exchange Policy.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: At this time, we do not offer Bella Hair for wholesale purchase. Bella Hair can only be purchased on our official website (bellahair.ca) as well as any pop ups that we publicize on our social media or otherwise.
Q: Can I do order online and pick up at the store location?
A: At this time, we do not offer the pick up option for deliveries. Orders will be exclusively received via mail.
Q: Where is Bella Hair situated?
A: We operate out of the capital city of Canada, Ottawa.
Q: Will Bella Hair cover the cost of installing the hair I purchased?
A: Unfortunately, Bella Hair will not be responsible for any costs associated with installing the hair extensions purchased. If you'd like for the hair bundles purchased to arrive already installed, please submit a custom request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What is the lifetime of my Bella Hair extensions/how long should the hair last?
A: With proper care, our hair can last for up to several years, an absolute minimum of two. With our VIP membership, your hair comes with a promise, insured for it's entire lifetime with you.

Q: Do you offer instalments?
A: We understand our client's need for this and we are working to provide this service with Sezzle Pay (coming soon). Look out for the update soon.
Q: How many bundles should I buy?
A: We recommend purchasing at least 2-3 bundles for a natural look and consistency. If you love volume, you should ideally purchase 3-4 bundles. For longer hair extensions or curly wave, we recommend 4 bundles. Ensure to get a closure or frontal to go with them.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Only for orders above $800, in which case express shipping is also covered by us.
