We’ll review your hair plan, assess suitability and confirm the right hair, method, quantity and complete package before you pay for extensions. A first fitting requires a consultation; an in-person check may be needed to confirm colour or condition.
Your actual paid consultation fee is credited once toward your confirmed Bella wig, hair colouring or extension package. At your extension consultation, agree one quote and choose full payment or a hair deposit with the known installation balance due at your fitting.

In-stock orders for Canada, US & UK typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
Custom and made-to-order wigs take 4 to 6 weeks.

Eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. Items must be new, unused, and unaltered, with lace intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.”

A: In-stock orders typically arrive in Canada, the US or the UK within 7 to 10 business days. Custom and made-to-order wigs take 4 to 6 weeks. Orders placed during major promotions may take longer.
