All wigs are black by default - for custom colouring, please add our hair colouring service to your order.
All our wigs are machine sewn, slightly plucked and made with an adjustable headband. They are well inspected for quality and lightly styled before shipping.
Sourced directly from Cambodia, this hair comes in its most natural, seamless pattern with a natural shine. It's easy to style and no synthetic fibres are added, so the hair will regain its natural form after every wash.
With proper care, you're guaranteed tangle-free hair with little to no shedding for at least a few years.
PLEASE NOTE: Our default wig head size is 22" circumference. If you'd like your wig sized differently, please leave a note at checkout or email saybellahair@gmail.com with your order number as well as size specifications.

Q: If I place my order today, when will I receive my hair extensions?
A: In-stock orders typically arrive in Canada, the US or the UK within 7 to 10 business days. Custom and made-to-order wigs take 4 to 6 weeks. Orders placed during major promotions may take longer.
Q: I ordered online, but I want to cancel. How can I do that?
A: Cancellation of orders that have not yet shipped is a straightforward process. Simply email us at saybellahair@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. This does not affect eligible returns after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

A: Eligible products may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of delivery, or for store credit from day 6 through day 30. Items must be new, unworn, unused and unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging; lace must remain intact. Gift cards and items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and prior approval is required.
