Our Hair Restoration Initiative provides complimentary wigs to individuals experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia, or other qualifying medical conditions, as funding and wig availability allow.

• Any preferred wig style, length, or color (optional)

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a complimentary wig. Recipients are selected based on eligibility, available funding, and wig inventory.
