Q: If I place my order today, when will I receive my hair extensions?
A: In-stock orders typically arrive in Canada, the US or the UK within 7 to 10 business days. Custom and made-to-order wigs take 4 to 6 weeks. Orders placed during major promotions may take longer.
Q: I ordered online, but I want to cancel. How can I do that?
A: Cancellation of orders that have not yet shipped is a straightforward process. Simply email us at saybellahair@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. This does not affect eligible returns after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Eligible products may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of delivery, or for store credit from day 6 through day 30. Items must be new, unworn, unused and unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging; lace must remain intact. Gift cards and items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and prior approval is required. Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Currently, Bella Hair is not available for wholesale purchase. You can only buy Bella Hair on our official website or through any pop-ups we may promote on social media or other platforms.
Q: Can I order online and pick up at the store location?
A: Currently, we do not provide a pickup option for deliveries. All orders will be exclusively fulfilled through mail.

A: Through proper care, our raw hair can endure for several years, with an absolute minimum of two (2). With BellaSafe, your hair is backed by a one-year warranty, ensuring your peace of mind.

Q: How many bundles should I buy?
A: For a natural look, consider buying 2-3 bundles. Opt for 3-4 bundles if you desire extra volume. If you're going for longer or curly hair extensions, we suggest getting 4 or more bundles. Don't forget to pair them with a closure or frontal for a complete look.
