Customers in Canada, US & UK, we ask that you permit us 7 - 10 business days to process and ship your order and have it promptly delivered to you.
For all other locations, we ask that you follow up your order with an email to saybellahair@gmail.com in order for us to more accurately estimate your delivery time.
Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post, while all international orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS with direct signature.
Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final and once a package has been received by the client, no refund is possible.
If the hair extensions have been opened, used or altered in any way, they can no longer be returned. However, we may accept unopened, unaltered hair extensions when they are sent back within 5 days of receipt by the client, and a store credit may be applied in the place of a refund.
For all returns, we require a traceable postal carrier, as Bella Hair will not be held responsible for any shipments lost in transit or delivered inaccurately. If a client's address has been entered inaccurately and the package is delivered to the wrong address as a result, Bella Hair CA will not be responsible for the loss of said package. If you notice your address is wrong, please send an email to saybellahair@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of order placement, so the address can be updated before the order is shipped.
International Customers: Please indicate "RETURN ONLY, NO DUTIES" on the package, in order to avoid the risk of the package being returned to you. Bella Hair CA will also not be responsible for any additional charges that may arise from an international customs office upon package arrival in a designated country.

A: Orders are usually processed within one day of placement. Arrival times vary based on location but typically fall within the 7-10 business day range. Please note that orders placed during major promotions may experience longer shipping times due to increased order volumes.

A: Cancellation of orders that have not yet shipped is a straightforward process. Simply email us at saybellahair@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or refunds once an order has been shipped.
